Express International Courier is ¥3,000.

Please allow 3-5 business days for Express International Courier. (UPS International/ DHL/ Fedex)

Once your parcel has been shipped you will be sent email confirmation with tracking information. A signature will be required on delivery. If your package is not signed for upon delivery, a note will be left at your address with instructions to arrange redelivery.

Orders placed before 10am AEST will be shipped the same day.

ex) Sat, ​Sun, National Holiday are not available to take order.

Please note, PORTA does not cover the cost of taxes and duties.


PORTA is dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a credit note or refund within 15days from arrival.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to swap into a new size or style, please return your order for a credit note and place a new order.

All items must be in the original condition, unworn, and swing tags in place. Due to health regulations garments that are soiled, marked, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted.

To make a return, simply follow the steps below.

Step 1:  Email us with your Order Number and Name.

Step 2: Send your item/s back to the below address, using your preferred shipping carrier. This is at your expense. We recommend choosing a service that is trackable.

Step 3: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund

or credit note and send you email confirmation.
